These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. All disputes will be resolved in Zambian courts.

2. Refund & Return Policy
1. Eligibility
Refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Non-delivery or failure to provide agreed services.
- Delivery of damaged, incomplete, or incorrect items.
2. Timeframe
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery or service failure.
3. Process
To request a refund: Email support@tkuniversalinnovationslimited.com with your order/service ID and details. Upon approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-coded software
- Consulting services already rendered
- Perishable or on-demand services (unless defective or non-functional)
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for physical items if defective. Shipping costs will be covered by TK in such cases.
3. Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Processing Times
Orders/services are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
2. Delivery Options
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (Zambia)
- Expedited Delivery: 1–3 days (additional charges may apply)
- International Shipping: Available based on product or service, customs/duties apply.
3. Tracking
Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once an item is dispatched.
4. Loss/Damage

5. Responsibilities
TK is not liable for delays due to customs, public unrest, or courier delays.
4. Cancellation Policy
1. Eligibility
Cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of placing an order. A 10% administrative fee applies for late cancellations. Services already rendered cannot be cancelled.

- Digital deliverables after submission
- Infrastructure/contract-based development once initiated

5. Warranty Policy
1. Coverage
Covers hardware/tools provided by TK and certain licensed software. Valid for 6 months from purchase date.
2. Exclusions
- Misuse, external damage, unauthorized repairs
- Perishable, consumable, or third-party items
3. Claims
Submit claims via email with proof of purchase and defect description. Valid claims may result in replacement, repair, or refund.
